Footer Setup – Your Footer, Your Way
We know not everyone was a fan of the B.B. King quote. Or purple. So we've replaced the fixed footer with a fully customisable one.
Admins will be able to build a footer that actually works for their organisation, whether that's signposting support, sharing important links, or adding legal and regulatory text. No more one-size-fits-all.

New Features in our Early Adopter Programme
Our Early Adopter Programme is now open for Access LMS² customers as part of our Learning Labs initiative. Head to the Early Adopter Programme tile in Global Settings to join, where you can control whether Superadmins only, or all Admins, can toggle Beta features on or off within your LMS. Being part of our EAP will allow you to test new functionality before anyone else, provide feedback, and help shape the future of the LMS. You'll see new features marked with "Beta" labels, giving you time to prepare your organisation before general release.
Access LMS Hub customers - this will be available to you as soon as we have Beta features ready for your platform.

Say goodbye to repetitive admin work. Automations give Superadmins the power to set up rules that run in the background on a schedule. Using pre-built templates, you can automate some of your most time consuming tasks in just a few clicks:
Bulk Enrolment — Enrol multiple person categories onto multiple courses at once
Rule Assignment — Allocate learning rules across multiple courses instantly
New Starter Enrolment — Automatically enrol new starters onto the courses they need from day one

CPD Experience Transformation
The CPD page has had a complete makeover, bringing a fresh, modern look that makes tracking professional development more straightforward. The purple status banner gives learners everything they need to know at a glance - where they're at, what's outstanding, upcoming deadlines, and how they're progressing against their targets.
We've redesigned how CPD content is organised. The page now surfaces what needs attention first - outstanding reflections appear when they need completing, entries with missing information are highlighted for quick fixes. Once learners complete something, that section disappears, keeping their view focused on what actually matters.
The weekly CPD streak feature is designed to encourage consistent professional development habits.
Everything learners already use is still there - adding activities, filtering their log, exporting records - it just works more smoothly now.
Please note: The phased rollout is now complete. All customers have access to the new CPD experience.
Coming Soon: CPD Homepage Integration
We're updating the CPD functionality on your learner homepage to match the new CPD page design. The purple CPD status banner will replace the current homepage CPD display in the 'Your Enrolled Programmes' section, bringing visual consistency across the platform.
The updated design ensures learners have the same modern, streamlined experience whether they're adding CPD from their homepage or managing it on the dedicated CPD page.
Feature Perfect Fixes
Newly created CPD schemes defaulted to an invalid configuration
When creating a new CPD scheme, the default settings were automatically set to an invalid state. New schemes now default to a valid configuration on creation.

YouTube Link Error When Creating Video Activities Fixed
Fixed an issue where users were unable to create video activities using YouTube links, with an error appearing when attempting to add the link. Video activities can now be created using YouTube links as expected.

Duplicate imports from multi-click in registration file import wizard
Rapidly clicking the Import button in the Activity Registrations file import wizard could result in multiple duplicate import entries being created. The button is now disabled immediately on click, preventing this from occurring.
