April is all about CPD. We've made it more visible, more reliable and easier to engage with, so learners are more likely to stay on top of their development without it feeling like a chore. Content creators also get a bit more flexibility this month with expanded video hosting options.
New Features in Production
CPD now lives front and centre on the learner homepage
We've given the CPD experience on the learner homepage a proper rework. The old card is gone. In its place is a full-width CPD belt that gives learners a much clearer view of where they are with their CPD, right from the moment they log in.
If CPD hasn't been configured yet, learners will see a "Your Development, Your Direction" prompt with a Begin Setup button. Clicking it opens a setup panel directly on the page (no navigation away) and walks through configuration in a few steps. Once confirmed, the belt updates in place.
If CPD is already configured, the belt shows:
Scheme name and current progress
Add CPD and View CPD buttons
Adding an entry, reviewing targets, and accessing the full CPD log all happen via slide-in panels. Learners stay on the homepage throughout.

Vimeo video links now supported in content creation
Admins and content creators can now add Vimeo-hosted videos via URL when creating video content, alongside the existing YouTube and Wistia options. If you use Vimeo to host internal or professional video content, you no longer need to re-host it elsewhere to use it in the LMS.
When adding a video via link in Content > Create > Video, you'll now see Vimeo as a supported format. Both vimeo.com and player.vimeo.com URL formats are supported.
A couple of things worth knowing:
Private, password-protected, and domain-restricted Vimeo videos won't play back in the LMS
Vimeo Showcase URLs are not supported in this release

Feature Perfect Fixes
Reflective Statement screen now appears after activity completion
The Reflective Statement screen now displays as expected after a learner finishes a CPD activity and progresses through the completion flow. Previously, the screen was being skipped, meaning learners had no opportunity to capture their reflection at the point of completion.

Release date: 23rd April 2026
Latest CPD Entries belt now shows completed eLearning activities
Completed eLearning CPD activities now appear correctly in the Latest CPD Entries belt on the My CPD page. Previously, these activities were only visible when opening the full CPD Log, which could cause confusion about whether a completion had been recorded.
Available for: Access LMS Hub and Access LMS²
Release date: 28th April 2026
Finder: "Library" is now "Content"
The "Library" tab has been renamed to "Content" in both Finder and Finder Editor, reflecting that users manage either Content or Events within the platform. This is a terminology change only — no functionality is affected.
Available for: Access LMS Hub and Access LMS²
Release date: 30th April 2026
📌 Note: Releases are rolled out gradually over a two-week period. Some users may receive updates earlier than others.
