Here's a look at what's new across Access LMS Hub and Access LMS² this month. We've been focused on giving managers a clearer, more complete view of how their teams are doing, with the newly renamed Team area now bringing compliance, CPD, and learning and growth activity together in one place. Alongside that, Automations has taken a big step forward with new course renewal and sequencing options, and has now graduated out of Beta entirely, plus continued fixes to keep CPD data reliable.
New Features in Production
Team: Member Deep Dive
The Check In page has been renamed to Team. Alongside the new name, getting a real read on how your team is doing just got easier: managers can now click View on any team member's card to open a side panel with a full breakdown of their compliance, CPD, and learning and growth activity, all in one place.
Compliance tab – See overdue and upcoming compliance activities in order of urgency, with a celebratory state for anyone who's fully compliant.
CPD tab – A snapshot of CPD progress against targets.
Learning & growth tab – This month's learning habits at a glance, plus recently completed activities, most recent first.
Straight from the panel, managers can jump into Assign learning or Book events for that person, without leaving the page or losing context. Clicking a team member's name also takes you to their filtered activity log.
The Learning & growth belt cards have been updated to match Compliance, with a "View" button replacing the old Learning habits tab, and the search bar now reads "Search for team members".

New Automation Templates
Automations just got more powerful. Alongside the existing templates, Super administrators can now build Automations for course renewals and course sequencing, plus a more flexible way to set due dates across the board.
Course Renewal – Keep compliance-critical content on a cycle. Set how often a course must be completed and how long learners have to renew before it expires; the system resets progress and re-enrols eligible learners automatically, with an optional email when their renewal window opens.
Course Sequencing – Build simple learning pathways. Once someone completes one course, automatically enrol them onto the next after a set waiting period, with its own due date and email.
Flexible due dates – Assignment, Enrolment and New Starter Enrolment templates now let you base due dates on a fixed calendar date, a set time after the activity is assigned, or a set time after the learner's last completion, rather than a single date for everyone.
And with this release, Automations is no longer a Beta feature. It's now available to all Super administrators with the right permissions, no Early Adopter Programme required.

Access LMS Evo mobile app (Learning app): Now available to non-Evo customers
Non-Evo customers can now access the Access LMS Evo mobile app too. Previously only available to sites based in Access Evo, the app now supports a site code login (the same type of code Learning Path users are already used to entering), so non-Evo customers can register for courses and events and complete them on the go, just like Evo customers already can.
Site code login – Non-Evo customers can select the code option at the top of the app instead of choosing a region, then enter their site name and log in as normal.
This release also added the option to select a US location for Evo customers.
This app will eventually replace the Learning Path app for non-Evo customers.

Improved Discovery Experience
We're excited to introduce Discover — a new browsing experience that puts your content library front and centre. Instead of relying solely on Finder to search for content, learners can now explore relevant content to your organisation with what's new, top-rated content, shorts (if available), upcoming events, and your curated categories. It's designed to help them find inspiration and discover resources they didn't know they needed.
As part of this change, we will replace the Finder label with a search box in the navigation, making it immediately clear where to search, especially important now that Discover provides a dedicated space for browsing.

Improvements
Event Start Date and Event End Date now available in email reminders
Multi-day events previously only exposed a single due date attribute in reminder emails, defaulting to the event's end date. This meant learners could miss the actual start of an event they were meant to attend.
You can now add Event Start Date and Event End Date as separate attributes when configuring email reminders for events. Both pull through with the correct timezone formatting, so learners always know exactly when an event begins and ends.

Feature Perfect Fixes
CPD syncing improvements
We've resolved a number of longstanding issues affecting the consistency of CPD data syncing, including problems with pathway nesting. If your CPD records were previously out of sync or showing mismatched information between systems, re-establishing your CPD link will now resolve the discrepancy and populate any missing fields.

Missing validation on CPD Activity Type and CPD Category
Previously, the Add CPD panel didn't mark CPD Activity Type and CPD Category as required, even though selecting one of these is essential for the entry to appear on the CPD homepage or in the CPD log. Learners could save an entry with both fields blank, get a success message, and then find the entry was nowhere to be seen.
Learners now see a clear message if they try to save without selecting either field, so entries won't silently disappear.
