Sellers are cutting prices. What does that mean for your caseload?

Our latest research across 160+ local authorities shows homes are selling for an average of 22% below asking price… the largest gap in a generation.

Act now - DUAA mandatory requirements as of 19th June

The Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (DUAA) changes that took effect on Friday, 19 June 2026 introduce critical new mandatory obligations, plus several wider governance updates that law firms (as data controllers) need to action.

This is more than a policy update. It’s a shift in how firms are expected to manage, evidence and respond to data protection concerns.

In her latest article, Rosanna Davenport, Risk and Compliance Associate, provides practical guidance on what you need to action. Read now >

The requirements are live now, so don't delay. As always, if you need any assistance with the above, our Risk & Compliance Consultancy Team are available to provide guidance. Simply email [email protected].
