AML Update: What’s New?
To any customers that will be affected by the 'Failure to prevent fraud' legislation coming into force on 1 September 2025, it will be covered in brief as part of our annual Anti-money laundering for law firms course maintenance review and will be highlighted in a new AML refresher course coming later in 2025. As a reminder, your firm will be covered if it has more than 250 employees, £36m+ turnover, or £18m+ in total assets.
Refresher Courses: Exciting opportunity to work with our Learning Designers
Access is seeking to engage with you to explore new Legal training products! Upcoming “Refresher” style courses will reduce time-burden and repetition involved with annual revisits of compliance topics, while also identifying any necessary areas for competency improvement.
To make these as successful as possible for your staff (and convenient for your training managers to deploy!), we invite you to join us for a demo of the refresher solution and a chance to offer your valuable feedback.
The demo will last for 1.5 hours via MS Teams, between 14th July-31st July, scheduled around your availability.
