We're pleased to announce that our Legal Diversity tool has been updated with the latest 2025 question set and is now available.

In July 2011, the Legal Services Board (LSB) issued guidance to regulators on diversity data collection across the legal workforce and the promotion of the transparency of this data at entity level. As a result, all firms regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) are required to collect and report their diversity data every two years.

To any customers that will be affected by the 'Failure to prevent fraud' legislation coming into force on 1 September 2025, it will be covered in brief as part of our annual Anti-money laundering for law firms course maintenance review and will be highlighted in a new AML refresher course coming later in 2025.
