The Crime and Policing Act 2026 creates corporate criminal liability for all offences around topics like health & safety, data protection, ESG, AML, etc., - it comes into force on 29 June 2026, and we will cover it in our policies and courses as part of their scheduled maintenance reviews.

Each month our Risk & Compliance Consultancy Team run a training session on a key compliance topic based on the queries received into our compliance helpline, trends we are seeing in the sector or in our work with our customers.
