This month’s updates to Access LMS bring a sharper focus on simplifying learning management and enhancing user experience. From a streamlined admin interface designed for clients who need a lighter setup, to seamless in-platform recognition with Applause, and a refreshed course landing experience - these features are built to drive engagement, improve compliance, and make everyday learning tasks more efficient.
New Features
Compact View
Designed for clients with many small organisations, this simplified version of the LMS is ideal when admins don’t need the full complexity of the platform. In Compact View, super admins can pre-define up to seven daily essentials for admins who are converted to supervisors. These essentials appear in a new ‘Manage’ tab, so supervisors only see what’s most relevant, making navigation quicker and clearer. The learning experience is intentionally intuitive, with a homepage that shows just two belts: ‘Here’s what you need to do’ for incomplete learning and ‘Complete’ for finished training. By focusing only on what matters most, Compact View streamlines administration while giving learners a clearer, distraction-free path to completing their training.

Applause Integration in ‘Check-In’ Tab
Managers can now recognise team members directly from the LMS Evo, 'Check In' tab when they achieve 100% compliance. Send Applause is available on individual team member cards, with a bulk applause option available through the Applause banner for recognising multiple achievements at once. Messages begin with a default template (e.g. "Thank you for completing your Compliance training - really appreciate you staying on track") and can be customised before sending. This integration creates a seamless experience that eliminates application switching whilst enabling timely recognition to reinforce positive learning behaviours and drive improved compliance rates.
Available for: Access LMS Hub and Access LMS2 (targeting customers with active Applause subscriptions)
