Updated over a week ago

This month we have streamlined content identification, enhanced data privacy controls, and improved user navigation. Admins benefit from unique SKU codes for off-the-shelf content tracking, clearer button labelling to prevent accidental content starts, and direct access to the Manage tab in All Content. Users gain better control over cookie preferences with grouped consent options, whilst completed forms now show appropriate "View" buttons rather than confusing "Start Over" prompts. These changes collectively reduce confusion and improve workflow efficiency across the platform.

New Features

SKU Codes

A new unique code that helps everyone identify the correct eLearning content from our off the shelf libraries. Our new SKU code enables everyone to keep track of the content that they have purchased from us. This code is truly unique and used throughout our systems so, if you know the code, we know which piece of content you are talking about. From Sales to Support, content confusion will be reduced. You’ll first see this for our top 50 courses, with a gradual rollout to all purchasable off-the-shelf content over time.

Available for: Access LMS Hub and Access LMS2
Release date: 21st August 2025

Feature Rating

A new thumbs up/down feedback prompt now appears on new features, allowing users to quickly rate their experience. Clicking either option opens a modal for optional detailed comments. Once feedback is submitted, the prompt is removed permanently for that feature; if cancelled, it will continue to appear until feedback is provided.

Available for: Access LMS Hub and Access LMS2
Release date: 17th September 2025

Cookies Consent & Policy

All LMS users will begin to see a cookie consent pop-up when accessing the platform. This update introduces clearer cookie management and increased control for users regarding how their data is used. Cookies are grouped into Essential (required), Functional (e.g. onboarding tours), and Analytical (e.g. Intercom, pNPS). Functional and Analytical cookies are optional, and features like the Intercom assistant and pNPS survey will only appear if Analytical cookies are accepted.

Cookie settings can be managed via the footer, where the full policy is also available.

On mobile, only Essential cookies are used, and while preferences can’t be changed, the policy can be viewed via Menu > Cookies.

Available for: Access LMS Hub and Access LMS2

Release date: 25th September 2025

Content button labelling

Users were accidentally starting content instead of viewing details. Therefore we have changed 'More Info' to 'View', and 'View' is now the primary CTA, improving clarity and reducing confusion.

Available for: Access LMS Hub and Access LMS2
Release date: 29th September 2025

Improvements

Completed Forms Button

The landing page for completed forms previously displayed a "Start Over" CTA, consistent with other activity types. Since forms cannot be redone, this has been updated to "View".

Available for: Access LMS Hub and Access LMS2
Release date: 11th September 2025

‘All Content’ Now Defaults to ‘Manage’ Tab for Admins

We’ve made a small but impactful change based on feedback from our admin users.

Previously, clicking on ‘All Content’ in the admin view would take you directly to the ‘Create’ tab. Admins let us know that this added an unnecessary step to their workflow, especially since the ‘Manage’ tab is where they spend most of their time.

We’ve listened and acted. Now, when admins click on ‘All Content’, they’ll be taken straight to the ‘Manage’ tab by default, reducing clicks and streamlining navigation.

Available for: Access LMS Hub and Access LMS2
Release date: 25th September 2025

Feature Perfect Fixes

Paywall Bypass Fix

We fixed an issue where users could bypass the paywall and launch paid content through the "Recently Added" belt without completing payment. We now ensure users are correctly redirected to the payment page when accessing paid content from belts.

Available for: Access LMS Hub and Access LMS2
Release date: 26th September 2025

📌Note: Releases are rolled out gradually over a 2-week period. Some users may receive updates earlier than others.
