July saw several exciting enhancements across Access LMS Evo, all focused on improving admin efficiency and user experience. The majority of our customers have now been upgraded onto Access LMS Evo, and we will continue to upgrade remaining customers over the next two months! Key updates this month included improved visibility of form tasks, clearer content labelling, and quicker access to content management tools.
New Features
Form Notifications
Admins and Managers with pending form actions will now see notification badges displaying the number of items requiring attention. These badges appear both on the 'Check In' tab in the main navigation and on the 'To action' tab within the Check In page, providing clear visibility of outstanding tasks at multiple touchpoints.

Person Category Groups Now Display Legal Entities
Person Category Groups in the Learner Profile now clearly show their associated Legal Entity. Previously, when a Person Category Group was configured with multiple Legal Entities, the specific Legal Entity was not visible in the learner's profile, creating confusion.

Content Type Labels Added to Content Picker
Content Picker now displays clear content type labels beneath each title, addressing previous difficulties administrators experienced when differentiating between various content types. This enhancement improves workflow efficiency and reduces selection errors during content management tasks.

Shortcut to Finder Editor
Admins will now be able to access Finder editor directly from the 'Add content to finder' tile on the Admin homepage providing them with quicker access to their Finder face to manage their content.

Finder Editor: Cleaner, Simpler Layout
We've redesigned Finder Editor to help you work faster and with less friction. By grouping the Add, Edit and Delete buttons into a tidy 3-dot menu, the interface now feels more organised and easier to navigate. Syndicated categories include a tooltip for quick clarity, and item counts are shown in brackets next to category names - making it easier to scan and a manage your content at a glance. These updates are all about saving you time and making everyday tasks feel more intuitive.
