How you reset passwords depends on your setup. If your system is based in Access Evo, you reset passwords there. If you use Access LMS Evo outside of Access Evo, administrators can reset other users’ passwords directly.
Follow the relevant guidance below based on your setup.
Access LMS Evo in Access Evo
For sites based in Access Evo, follow the relevant guidance to reset password.
Access LMS Evo outside Access Evo
To reset your password on sites based outside of Access Evo, follow the below steps.
Go to your Access LMS Evo URL.
Click Can't access your account?, then follow the password reset instructions.
After resetting password, return to Access LMS Evo URL then enter username and new password.
Reset password on behalf of another user
⚠️ Important: This guidance is not applicable if you have single sign-on or if accessing Access LMS Evo from inside Access Evo.
You can reset the password of another user if you log in to Access LMS Evo outside of Access Evo, or via Gamebrain if you're a Gamebrain administrator.
To do this, follow the below steps.
Click Workforce, then click Organisations and Units.
Click Users, then search for and select the user.
Click Reset Password, then click Submit.
