⚠️ Important: The below guidance is applicable only to Super administrators on LMS² sites based outside of Access Evo. It is not possible to merge user accounts on Access LMS Evo sites based in Access Evo.
Super administrators in LMS² sites based outside of Access Evo can merge user accounts, to join separate or duplicate accounts for a user. The super administrator can choose which profile to retain. It merges details of module registrations, attempts and registration status. Other user details may need to be adjusted manually.
To do this, follow the below steps.
Switch to admin view.
Click Workforce, then click Organisation and Units.
Search for and select the relevant organisation, then click the Users tab.
Click the three dot menu top right of the page, then click Merge Users.
From the drop-down menu, choose which user profile to retain.
Search for and select each account to merge, then click Next.
Ensure the details of the profiles being merged are correct, then click Finish.
