The Manage Learning page in Learning Hub brings together all your content distribution and classroom management tools in one place. You can distribute courses, manage classrooms, assign learners, and track progress, all without navigating between separate pages.
📌 Note: If you're a My Compliance Management customer, the key action for you on this page is distributing content. Learning assignment and progress tracking are managed within MCM, not through this page.
Manage Learning page
The Manage Learning page lists all your courses in a single table. Select any course to open a panel on the right-hand side where you can access all actions relating to that course, including the following:
Distribute content.
Manage classrooms.
Assign learners.
Track progress.
📌 Note: The actions available to you in the Manage Learning page will depend on your solution.
Distribute content to My Compliance Management
You can send content to My Compliance Management, for your learners to access and complete.
To do this, follow the below steps.
From Learning Hub, select Manage Learning from the Smart menu.
Search for and select the relevant content, then open the content panel.
Select Publish to MCM.
Manage classrooms
To view, create, or manage classroom sessions for a course, follow the steps below.
From Learning Hub, select Manage Learning from the Smart menu.
Search for and select the relevant content, then open the content panel.
Click Classrooms.
