If you use Learning Lite alongside Learning Hub, you can monitor what your learners are completing directly from within Learning Hub, without needing to switch between systems. The tracking available here is focused on completions: it's a clear record of who has finished what and when, intended to give you a straightforward view of learner progress without the complexity of a full reporting suite.
Completion report
From the Manage Learning page in Learning Hub, you can download a completion report for any course you've distributed to Learning Lite. The report lists each learner associated with that course, showing what they've completed and the date and time of completion. It's designed to give you a clean, auditable record of activity. It doesn't cover attempt history, assessment scores, or engagement data, so if you need that level of detail, you'll want to use Access LMS Evo or MCM instead.
Download completion report
To download a completion report for a course in Learning Hub, follow the below steps.
Go to the Manage Learning page in Learning Hub.
Select the course you want to report on.
Download the completion report from the course panel.
Access LMS Evo customers
If your organisation uses Access LMS Evo, it's better to report on learner completions there rather than in Learning Hub.
Access LMS Evo gives you a full picture of learner activity, including attempt history, assessment scores, and engagement data, none of which are available in Learning Hub's completion report.
You can still download a completion report from Learning Hub if you need a quick reference or a simple export, but for detailed reporting or analysis, Access LMS Evo is the right tool.
MCM customers
If your organisation uses MCM, it's better to report on learner completions there rather than in Learning Hub.
MCM is built for comprehensive compliance reporting, covering areas like expiry dates, renewal tracking, and detailed learner history that Learning Hub doesn't provide.
Use Learning Hub's completion report for a quick check or a basic record, but for managing compliance or producing detailed learning records for audit purposes, go to MCM.
