Job roles

Viewing and managing job roles assigned to users on LMS² sites.

⚠️ Important: The below guidance is only applicable to administrators on LMS² sites that had set up job roles before this feature was removed.

Super administrators on LMS² sites could previously use the job roles feature to create job profiles that were assigned to users by administrators when viewing their profile in the Organisation & Units area.

The job roles feature is no longer present in Access LMS Evo, however, job roles previously created on the site can be viewed in a user's profile by an administrator.

To view a job role in a user's profile on an LMS² site, follow the below steps.

  1. Switch to admin view

  2. Click Workforce, then click People.

  3. Click the Job Roles tab.
