Assign the SM&CR system role

Assign a super administrator access to the SM&CR system role.

The SM&CR system role is a default system role which grants access to a menu group, allowing access to the SM&CR toolkit without having to go into site settings. This includes the senior managers regime, certification regime, and any person category groups relevant to SM&CR.

System roles work in conjunction with reporting scopes to create permissions for users in Access LMS Evo.

To assign the SM&CR system role to a user follow the steps below.

  1. Switch to admin view.

  2. Click Workforce, then click Organisation and Units

  3. Click Users, then search for and select the relevant user.

  4. Click System Roles, then select SM&CR Administrator.

  5. Click Save Changes.
