⚠️ Important: The below guidance is only applicable to super administrators on LMS² sites.
Super Administrators and SM&CR Administrators on LMS² sites can quickly create Person Category groups through site settings. Once created, simply add categories and then assign users to them.
To add a category to a Person Category Group, follow the below steps.
Switch to admin view.
Click Settings, then select Global Settings.
Click Person Category Groups, then select the relevant group.
Click the plus icon, then enter a name for the category.
Enter a code if needed.
Attach a document by clicking Upload File, if document uploads option was enabled when creating the group.
Click the green tick to save.
Repeat steps 4-6 as needed to add further categories.
