Super administrators and SM&CR administrators can select the criteria when setting up the person category groups to enable documents to be uploaded.
A document can then be assigned to a category, which is useful if using documents to assist with evidencing.
📌 Note: There is only ever one active document.
To upload a document to a person category when initially creating so users assigned to the category can view, follow the below steps.
Switch to admin view.
Click Settings, then select Global Settings.
Click the Person Category Groups tile.
Select the relevant category, then click Upload File.
Click the green tick to save.
