Access ContentServe is an integrated solution that allows you to access both off-the-shelf and partner content, compatible with your own or a third-party LMS.

Content is hosted on either an LMS Hub site or an LMS² site, so users can launch content directly through their LMS without any disruptions. You'll receive login credentials for the Access ContentServe platform, which lets you download SCORM files, create eCreator content, build courses, and modify assessments. All modules are fully trackable and reportable.

As an administrator, you can access both Access and third-party content via the Access ContentServe portal.

If you have a dedicated Access ContentServe instance, you can create or upload custom content such as eLearning modules, videos, eCreator courses, question banks, assessments, and learning pathways.

For those using the content-only solution, you can download content packages from the Find Learning area for use in third-party learning platforms.

SCORM or AICC packages can be uploaded into external LMS environments, where content will be delivered as standard eLearning. When a learner launches a course from the LMS, the content opens immediately, with support for tracking, bookmarking, and other standard eLearning features.

Reporting follows typical eLearning tracking formats, including data like completion status, scores, and pass/fail results. ContentServe also provides aggregate usage reports, though individual user data is not included by default.
