Administrators and content creators can create eLearning activities, that use third party content as the basis, allowing for use of learning content created outside of Access LMS Evo.
Compatible file types
The following third party file types, packaged as a zip file, can be used to create eLearning activities.

Create eLearning using SCORM content
To create an eLearning activity using SCORM content, follow the below steps.
Switch to admin view.
Click Content, then select All Content.
Click the eLearning tile.
Click Choose File, select the relevant file, then click Open.
⚠️ Important: The file name must be less than 60 characters or it will fail to upload correctly.
Click OK.
After uploading, use the administration area to apply the following customisation options.
Click the Details tab to update the name, description, objective or add an image.
Change the file being used to create the activity.
📌 Note: Save any changes made before exiting the administration area.
Troubleshooting
There are several reasons that could result in a SCORM file failing to upload. You may receive an error that specifies the reason for the failure or notice it doesn't seem to be uploading successfully.
Please check the following details if you receive an error or are otherwise failing to upload the file.
The system may be timing out due to the size of the file.
The file name is too long. Edit the file name to be shorter, then attempt to re-upload.
There are sub-folders contained in the file. Extract the contents, re-zip them to package the files without sub-folders inside, then attempt to re-upload.
Network connectivity issues present whilst uploading.
Error message: 'The IMS manifest file is missing'. Received due to the scorm content missing this file. Contact the creator of the SCORM content you're trying to upload to advise that the IMS manifest file is missing.
Error message: 'Unable to upload file. Make sure the file is a supported file type and the file is less than 300 megabytes'. Ensure the file is less than 300 megabytes and invalid special characters aren't being used within it. See the table for more information.
