Data imports help you get the most from Access LMS Evo by reducing manual input and keeping your data accurate and up to date. For example, you can upload large data-sets or update user profiles daily.
Before importing, our Professional Services team will create a transfer file to ensure your .csv fields map correctly to LMS fields. If your third-party system can export directly into an SFTP folder, you can automate imports on a schedule that suits your organisation.
Once setup is complete, export your data to a .csv and securely upload it via SFTP.
With our self-serve data import tools, administrators can.
Upload user data, including personal details and unique identifiers, to assign users to organisation units and reporting lines without duplicating accounts.
Upload historic training records to support compliance and audits.
Register users to modules or courses, set due dates, exemptions, certificate expiry, and grace periods.
Add CPD entries to user logs.
Deactivate users who no longer need access.
Upload documents to user profiles.
