Import historical training

Guidance on how to import historical training records from outside the Access LMS Evo environment.

Administrators can import historical training, including details of user's CPD contributions. Importing historical training retains records of previous training in your organisation, prior to using Access LMS Evo. This can be useful as having accurate historical training records can be important to meet regulatory or compliance obligations.

Access the historical training import wizard

  1. Click Workforce, then click Organisation and Units.

  2. Click the Users tab, then click the three dot menu.

  3. Select Import Historical Training.

Complete the import template

  1. Click Download CSV Template.

  2. Complete the template.

Upload the import template

  1. Upload the saved template.

  2. Click Next, then click Import.


Recommended limit for historical training imports

The maximum amount of rows in your file should be no more than 2000. If you are trying to upload a larger amount of data, we recommend splitting the original file into smaller ones and uploading them one by one.
