Import module registrations

Guidance on how to import users registrations to a module in bulk using a CSV import template.

Administrators can import module registrations to register users to a module in bulk. In addition to adding users to a module, you can set individual due dates, exemption details, certificate expiry dates and more.

To do this, watch the video or follow the steps below.

Access the import module registrations wizard

  1. Click Content, then click All Content.

  2. Click Manage, then search for the relevant content.

  3. Click Common Tasks, then click Users and Rules.

  4. Click the three dot menu, then select Import Registrations.

  5. Click Download Template.


Complete the import template

Fill in the template with the relevant user data. The table below provides guidance on how to fill in each column.

Username

Mandatory

Must match Username in Access LMS Evo.

Email address

Mandatory

Must match Email address in Access LMS Evo.

Employment code

Optional

Unique ID for the individual such as an employee number.

Due date

Optional

Must be in DD/MM/YYYY format.

Exemption completed on

Optional

Setting a value will mark user as exempt from the content.

Must be in DD/MM/YYYY format.

Exemption note

Optional

Note explaining why the exemption was set.

Enable grace period

Optional

Set to True or False.

True exempts registered users from reporting until they have completed or the due date has passed.

Cancel registration

Optional

Set to True or False.

True cancels registration for users.

โš ๏ธ Important: Other optional fields cannot be used if Cancel Registration is set to True.

Certificate expiry date

Optional

Marks users certificate expiry date for the content.

This only applies if the Exemption completed on field has been populated.

Must be in DD/MM/YYYY format.


Upload the import template

  1. Drag and drop your saved template into the upload window, then click Next.

  2. Allow the wizard to check for any errors, then click Import.

๐Ÿ“Œ Note: If you are importing a large amount of data, it may take some time before it shows correctly.
