Administrators can set and amend due dates for training to be completed by users. This can be useful if content needs to be completed by a certain deadline.
Changing a due date via a users profile is recommended for making changes on an individual basis.
To do this, follow the below steps.
Click Workforce, then click Organisation and Units.
Click Users, then search for and select the user.
Click My Learning, then select the relevant content.
Click Action, then set relevant due date.
Click Submit.
Change due date of multiple users via content manager
Changing a due date via content manager is recommended for changing the due date for multiple users.
To do this, follow the below steps.
Click Content, then click All Content.
Search for the content, then click Common Tasks.
Click Users, then search for and select the relevant users.
Click Actions, then set relevant due date.
Click Submit.
