Book events from Check In

Guidance on booking events to individual users or entire teams from Check In.

If you’re a line manager with direct reports or a team leader with an assigned team, you can book users to events from Check In.

🤓 Tip: When you register via Check In and book a single event, you’ll see whether a user is already registered for that event.

To do this, follow the below steps.

  1. From the Overview page in Check In, click Book events.

  2. Search for and select the relevant events.

  3. Click Continue to Assign Team, then search for and select the relevant users.

    • Click Select all to include all users.

    • Click Clear all to remove all selected users.

  4. Click Continue to Review, then review and confirm your selections.

    • Click the trash icon to remove users or learning.

  5. Click Confirm Booking.
