Add instructor to an event

Guidance on how to add an existing user to an Event as an instructor.

Events can include an assigned Instructor, selected from existing users. This allows organisations to associate a specific facilitator or trainer with a learning event.

šŸ¤“ Tip: If you have a certificate attached to an Event you can also pull the name of the Instructor into the certificate.

To add an instructor to an event, follow the below steps.

  1. Switch to admin view.

  2. Click Content, then click All Content.

  3. Search for and select the relevant event.

  4. Click Add Instructor, then search for and select the relevant user.

  5. To add additional instructors, repeat steps 3 & 4 as needed.

  6. Click OK.
