Add instructor to an event

Guidance on how to add an existing Access LMS Evo user as an instructor on an Event.

Events in Access LMS Evo can include an assigned Instructor, selected from existing users. This allows organisations to associate a specific facilitator or trainer with a learning event.

🤓 Tip: If you have a Certificate attached to an Event you can also pull the name of the Instructor into the Certificate.

To add an instructor, follow the below steps.

  1. Switch to admin view.

  2. Click Content, then click All Content.

  3. Search for and select the relevant event.

  4. Click Add Instructor, then search for and select the relevant user.

  5. To add additional instructors, repeat steps 3 & 4 as needed.

  6. Click OK.
