What's changing?

From 2nd February 2026, you’ll access support directly within Access LMS Evo using the Access Digital Assistant.

On this date, the Support Portal will be retired for raising new cases. You can still view all previously raised cases by logging in as normal. This includes cases originally raised through the Support Portal and those raised via the Access Digital Assistant once they are closed.

To manage open cases, open the Access Digital Assistant in Access LMS Evo and select Messages to continue working with your support team.

How it works

  3. Review the answer provided.

  4. If you need further assistance, ask the Digital Assistant to connect you with our support team.

What you need to know

  • The Support Portal will close for raising new cases on February 2nd 2026 but viewing historical cases will still be available as usual.

  • All support interactions will happen within your Access LMS Evo product.
