Our team is available to support you throughout the festive period, with the exception of Thursday 25 and Friday, 26 December 2025 and Thursday, 1 January 2026.

On these specific days, if you need assistance, we encourage you to use your Access Digital Assistant, which offers a wealth of information and knowledge articles, accessible 24/7.

We've migrated our LMS knowledge base to a new Help Centre platform, offering you:

  • One central location - All LMS guides, release notes and documentation in one place

All your familiar resources are now available at Access LMS Evo Help Centre. Our Customer Success team remains available for additional support.


Risk and Compliance team over the festive period

Our Risk and Compliance team and helpline will be closed for the festive period from 5pm on Wednesday 24th December, reopening at 9am on Friday 2nd January 2026.

All queries received prior to this period will be responded to as usual. Queries received during the closure period will be picked up when the team returns on 2nd January.
