Utilising the Access digital assistant

To use the Access digital assistant, follow the steps below.

  1. In Access LMS Evo, click the digital assistant icon image.png in the bottom right.

  2. Click Ask a question, then enter your question.

  3. Click Enter to send your question to the digital assistant.

After asking your question, the digital assistant will search all help centre articles to provide an answer, also including the sources it has used at the bottom.

You can review the answer and confirm if it has resolved your query, or if you need further assistance. You can reply to the digital assistant to further provide additional context and information, or use alternative words or phrases to articulate your question.

If your query hasn't been answered to your satisfaction, indicate this to the digital assistant in the same box you asked the initial question. You'll be asked if you want a new support case to be created and sent to the support team.

📌 Note: Your profile must be included in your organisation's customer success plan in order for the digital assistant to be able to automatically create a case for you via the conversation.

As part of our continuous effort to enhance your experience, we kindly request that, at the end of your experience with the digital assistant, you confirm either way whether the interaction has resolved your query. This allows us to review responses and take steps to improve answers the digital assistant gives.
