The All Learners page lists all the learners in your organisation and you can search, filter and access individual learner profiles.
📌Note: By default, you will only see active users. Use the status filter to view a deactivated user.
The learner profile is where you can view enrolled courses, progress and achievements. The Achievements area includes all completed courses and their completion score.
To access a list of learners and view a learner's profile, follow the steps below.
From the smart menu, expand Learners.
Click All Learners.
Search for and click the learner's card.
Review the learner's currently enrolled courses and their progress for each course.
📌Note: ContentPlace imports learners from the Members tab in Access Evo. The department tag assigned to each member in the Members tab determines their department.
