When you log in to Access LMS Evo, you arrive on the learner homepage. Here, belts and spotlights give quick access to learning.

My Profile and Portrait
The profile menu, located on the right side of the navigation bar, lets you quickly manage your learning and personal information. Use it to access the following pages.
My Profile. Update your personal details and view your assigned qualifications.
My CPD. Track your continuing professional development.
Portrait and Insights. Monitor your learning progress and engagement.
My Certificates. View and download your earned certificates.
Finder
Click Finder in the navigation bar to browse and search for training content and events in the organisation’s library.
Content and Events are organised into categories, making it easy to explore related topics and quickly find relevant content.
Belts and Spotlights
The learner homepage includes multiple belts that give you quick access to current tasks, mandatory training, and other key learning. You can customise this page by hiding belts or creating ones tailored to your needs.
Spotlights appear at the top of your homepage. Use them to highlight important content or direct learners to specific training.

My Learning | Quickly check if any training is overdue or see how much time is left to complete it. Shows outstanding training registered to the profile, including any assigned due dates.
