Further information about the learner homepage and the various functions available.

When you sign in to Access LMS Evo, you arrive at the learner homepage. Spotlights and Belts give quick access to assigned learning and priority content.

Discover each homepage feature below.

My Profile and Portrait

The profile menu (top‑right) lets you manage learning and personal details. Use it to open:

  • My Profile. Update personal details and view assigned qualifications

  • My CPD. Track continuing professional development.

  • Portrait and Insights. Monitor learning progress and engagement.

  • My Certificates. View and download earned certificates.


Finder

Click Finder in the navigation bar to browse and search the organisation’s content and events library. Content and events are organised by category to help you explore related topics and find relevant training quickly.


Belts and Spotlights

The learner homepage includes multiple Belts that surface current tasks, mandatory training, and other key learning. You can hide belts or create custom ones. Spotlights appear at the top to highlight important or time‑sensitive content.

Shows outstanding training assigned to your profile and any due dates.

Click View All to open the full list.

Here's what you need to do

Shows progress toward mandatory and outstanding training. Highlights overdue items and time remaining.

Your enrolled Programmes

Snapshot of CPD progression.

Click Add CPD to add records and click View CPD to open the CPD area.

Jump back in

Recently accessed content so you can resume in‑progress learning.

Your Registered Events

Events registered to your profile with scheduled dates.

Click View All to open the complete list.

Recently assigned to you

Training most recently assigned to your profile.

Recently added

Latest additions to the content library.
