We are committed to making our digital learning content accessible to everyone. We strive to create diverse and inclusive materials that foster learning and development, ensuring that all learners can engage with our content regardless of their abilities or circumstances.

Informative and functional elements include descriptive alt text. |

Every video includes subtitles. |
Designs are coherent and consistent, using clear navigational elements and accessible sans serif fonts (Aptos and Open Sans). |
No content includes blinking or flashing elements. |
Multiple‑choice questions and interactive elements are designed with care to ensure accessibility and ease of use. |
Courses are tested across commonly used browsers, including Chrome and Edge. |
Plain English is used where applicable to the subject matter. |
Navigation is clear, with logical content structure and consistent layouts throughout. |
ARIA labels are implemented across course components to support assistive technologies. |
User feedback
We actively welcome feedback on to help us to continue improving the accessibility of our content.
Feedback forms are included at the end of each course to capture learners’ insights and suggestions.
Known limitations
Whilst we strive to make our content accessible, some of our existing courses may not yet fully comply with these practices.
We are actively working to address these gaps and regularly update our content to improve accessibility.
