Deep links provide direct access to specific learning content within Access LMS Evo. Once generated, these links can be shared via email, embedded in documents, or distributed through internal channels. Any user with appropriate access to an Access LMS Evo site can create deep links.

Copy a link to learning content

Use the below steps to link users directly to learning content.

  1. From the learner homepage, search for the relevant item then click View.

    • If not already registered to the content yourself, you may have to do so in order to be able to get to the correct screen to copy the URL for your users.

  2. Copy the URL in the address bar of your browser.

The link address is now copied to the device clipboard and can be shared as needed, such as via email.

When opened, the link directs the user straight to the learning content. This method offers the most efficient way to connect users with an activity for completion.

📌 Note: The link will not function if the recipient lacks permission to access the linked content. The user also must be logged in to Access LMS Evo before clicking the link. If they're not logged in, they'll be redirected to the login page. After logging in, the link must be clicked again to reach the intended content.

Copy a link to an activity administration area

To send users a link to an activity administration area, follow the below steps.

📌 Note: Only users with permission to access the administration area will be able to successfully use the link.

  1. Switch to admin view.

  2. Click Content, then click All Content.

  3. Click the Manage tab, then search for and select relevant content.

  4. Right click the name of the activity to expand the menu.

  5. Click Copy Link Address.

The link address is now copied to the device clipboard and can be shared as needed, such as via email.

When opened, the link directs the user to the activity's administration area. This method is most suitable for sharing unpublished content with administrators and users who have the appropriate access permissions.
