Deep links provide direct access to specific learning content within Access LMS Evo. Once generated, these links can be shared via email, embedded in documents, or distributed through internal channels. Any user with appropriate access to an Access LMS Evo site can create deep links.
Key considerations when using deep links.
The link will not function if the recipient lacks permission to access the linked content. For example, links to administrative areas such as Content Manager require the appropriate access rights.
If the user is not logged into Access LMS Evo when clicking the link, they will be redirected to the login page. After logging in, the link must be clicked again to reach the intended content.
