If you're using Access Analytics you may want to use data from Access LMS Evo in your dashboards.
โ
It's possible to use the Access LMS Evo report API to feed data into Access Data Engine (ADE) using OAuth.
โ
There are four stages to connecting your first report to Access Analytics.
To complete this process, log in as an administrator in Access Evo and a super administrator in Access LMS Evo.
Add authentication user to a report in Access LMS Evo.
Set up a connection in Access Data Engine (one time step).
We've outlined the steps below, along with video walkthroughs to help you through the process.
โ

Select System in the menu to expand the options, then click Site Settings.
Click the Application Keys tile, then click Add OAuth Application.
Enter the relevant name for the key, then click OK.

๐ Note: This is your only opportunity to do this. Once closed, you wonโt be able to access the secret again.
Click Close.
Make a note of the Key name and Key secret, as you will need these later.
Add authentication user to a report
After setting up the authentication user, create your report in Access LMS Evo and ensure that it provides you with the relevant data.
