Create an organisation

Create a new organisation for users and organisation units to sit in.

⚠️ Important: The below guidance is applicable to customers in LMS² sites.

Administrators on LMS² sites can create new organisations to house users and organisation units. This structure supports multi-organisation setup, enabling separation of data, reporting, and user management across distinct business areas or subsidiaries.

📌 Note: Once created, an organisation cannot be deleted, only archived.

For example, a company with multiple brands can create separate organisations for each brand in Access LMS Evo. Each organisation manages its own training, user groups, and reporting independently, while remaining under one system.

To create a new organisation, follow the below steps.

  1. Switch to admin view.

  2. Click Workforce, then click Organisation and Units.

  3. Click New Organisation. Enter the organisation details.

    • At a minimum enter a name and a unique code to identify the organisation

  4. Click Save.
