Administrators can move users to another organisation unit, if for example an employee moves to a different part of your organisation, so the organisation structure stays up to date in Access LMS Evo.
⚠️ Important: If your organisation is based in Access Evo and is using hierarchy mapping, this will overwrite your organisation hierarchy, preventing you from making changes manually.

Click Workforce, then click Organisation and Units.
Select the relevant organisation, then click Users.
Click the three dot menu, then click Move Users.
Click Add Users, then search for and select the relevant user/s.
Click Add and Close.
Search for and select the relevant organisation unit.
Click Next, then click Finish.
