Administrators, line managers and trainers can view historical events in an events programme to check attendance records and other details of the event.
To do this, follow the below steps.
Switch to admin view.
Click Content, then select All Content.
Click Events, click the Event Programme tab.
Search for and select the relevant event.
Click the View icon under the Details header for the selected event.
Click the Events tab within the Programme Details panel to view all previous dates for the selected event.
View details of a previous event by clicking the ellipsis for the relevant event, then selecting View Details.
Click Close.
