Administrators, trainers, and content creators can create events on any site with access to the Events feature. Events are useful for organising multiple training sessions with the same content, which participants only need to attend once.

Created events are added to the event calendar and event list and can be viewed by other trainers, line managers and administrators within the organisation. Users can't search for or register to the event until it's published.

Event programmes link together multiple events to create an overarching programme of events, similar to a course.

📌 Note: A link must be created to the respective platform to host a virtual meeting via Zoom or Microsoft Teams when creating an event.
