Every module and course has an image attached to it in Access LMS Evo. If an administrator doesn't select an image (either by uploading a custom one or selecting from the library), an image will be automatically assigned, based on tagging.
⚠️ Important: In instances where courses or modules have automatically uploaded images, it's highly recommended to verify that the image is not inappropriate, offensive or irrelevant. Images are imported from Unsplash, which has a varied collection of images and because it is based on assigned tags, the context is sometimes lost.
Administrators and content creators can add an image thumbnail to created modules, courses or events, to help it stand out, or for users to easily identify it.
To do this, follow the steps below.
Click Content then click All Content.
Click Manage, then search for and select the content.
Click the Details tab, then click Upload Image.
Upload an image or select one from Unsplash library.
Deselect Automatically pick and replace default image checkbox.
Click Save.
