Administrators and super administrators with access to global settings can control how automatic image selections are used across the site.

Choose to have automatically selected images based on content titles and descriptions,or disable this feature and upload a custom default image instead.

📌 Note: If automatic image selection is switched off and a custom default image is not uploaded, a standard placeholder will be applied. This doesn't affect any images that have been manually added to content.

Follow the steps below to update automatic image selection settings and set a custom default image.

  1. From the admin dashboard, click Settings then click Global Settings.

  2. Click Available Features then click Automatic Image Selection.

  3. Turn off Enable Automatic Image Selection.

  4. Click Upload File to choose a custom default image.

  5. Select an image file, then click Save Changes.

📌Note: Changes to automatic image selection settings take time to apply across the site. If you have a large number of activities, updates may take several minutes to appear.
