Create a video module by linking to a YouTube, Wistia or Vimeo video

Guidance on how to create standalone video modules linking to a video hosted on YouTube, Wistia or Vimeo.

Administrators and content creators can create standalone video modules, linking to a video hosted on YouTube, Wistia or Vimeo.

Access LMS² customers can also create video modules by uploading a video file directly.

⚠️ Important: The link to the video needs to be a public link, and cannot be a privately published or an unlisted video.

To create a video module by linking to a YouTube, Wistia or Vimeo video, follow the below steps.

  1. Switch to admin view.

  2. Click Content, then click All Content.

  3. Click the Video/Audio tile, then select Link.

  4. Click Next, then enter the URL.

  5. Click Save then Click Publish.

  6. Toggle on Enable Publish to Library, then click Save.
