Documents and offline activities registered to users training don't automatically mark as complete after viewing them.

Marking as complete acts as a declaration that the material in a document or offline activity is complete.

To do this, follow the below steps.

  1. On the learner homepage, click View All next to your learning belt.

  2. Search for and select the relevant content.

  3. Click Mark as Complete.

Administrators and line managers can record the success status for offline or document modules, to indicate whether a user passed or failed.

📌 Note: While not able to set the status to complete manually, setting an exemption is the equivalent of this.

To do this for individual or multiple users, follow the below steps.

  1. From the learner homepage, click Check In.

  2. Click My Team Activity.

  3. Search for and select the relevant learning item.

  4. Select the relevant users to amend the status for.

  5. Click Actions, then select the relevant option from the list.

    • Selecting Set Exemption will require you to add a note explaining the reason.

  6. Click Save.

If a certificate has been set against the relevant learning item, the certificate will only be awarded once it's been marked as complete and the success status is set to passed or N/A.

If a certificate is awarded and the success status is later changed to failed, the certificate will be revoked.
