Administrators can archive selected modules from a course, removing them from the training for registered users. This is useful to remove outdated or unnecessary content from a course.
To do this, please follow the below steps.
📌 Note: After archiving the module won't appear for any newly registered users, but users already registered to the course will need progress to be reset for the archived modules to be removed from their training plan.
Click Content, then click All Content.
Search for the relevant content, then click Common Tasks.
Click Modules, then select the relevant modules.
Click Actions, then click Archive.
Click Confirm.
⚠️ Important: The module still appears as active in Content Manager and in Finder (if published). To use the module outside the course, register users to it directly from those areas. If the module is no longer needed anywhere, archive it individually outside the course.
