Archive or restore a module

Guidance on how to remove modules no longer required.

Administrators can archive selected modules from the course, removing them from view for users. This is useful when a specific module is no longer needed or required for users to complete.

To do this, follow the below steps.

  1. Click Content, then click All Content.

  2. Click Find, then search for and select the relevant module.

  3. Click Details, then click Archive.

  4. Click Confirm.


Restore a module

Administrators can restore archived modules as needed.

To do this, follow the below steps.

  1. Click Content, then click All Content.

  2. Click Find, then search for and select the relevant module.

  3. Click Details, then click Restore.

  4. Click Confirm.
