Add CPD contribution to a CPD log

Guidance on how to manually add CPD contributions to your own or another users CPD log.

Users can add manual CPD contributions directly to a CPD log, capturing training completed outside of Access LMS Evo, including details such as when it occurred and time spent.

Administrators can add contributions on behalf of other users in as well as their own CPD log.

Add CPD contributions to your own CPD log

To do this, watch this video or follow the steps below.

  1. From the learner homepage, click your initials, then click My CPD.

  2. Click Add CPD, then complete the new CPD module form.

  3. Click Add.

🤓 Tip: You can attach evidence of your CPD contribution using the Your Attachments upload field. The permitted file extensions are: .gif, .jpg, .doc, .docx, .pdf, .txt, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx, .tif, .tiff, .png.


Add a CPD contribution on behalf of a user

⚠️ Important: The below guidance only applies to Administrators on LMS² sites.

Administrators on LMS² sites can add CPD contributions to another user's CPD log via the users profile.

To do this, follow the below steps.

  1. Click Workforce, then click People.

  2. Select relevant organisation name, then click the Users tab.

  3. Search for and select the relevant user.

  4. Click the CPD Log tab, then click Add CPD.

  5. Complete the new CPD module form.

  6. Click Add.
