Add a CPD contribution on behalf of a user

Guidance on how to manually add CPD contributions to a user's CPD log.

Administrators on Access LMS² sites can add CPD contributions to another user's CPD log via the users profile.

To do this, follow the below steps.

  1. Click Workforce, then click People.

  2. Select the relevant organisation name, then click the Users tab.

  3. Search for and select the relevant user.

  4. Click the CPD Log tab, then click Add CPD.

  5. Complete the new CPD module form.

  6. Click Add.
