Users can amend previous CPD periods on their own CPD log. This can be useful to correct mistakes or add further details.
To do this, follow the relevant steps below.
š¤ Tip: If CPD period has been frozen, click Edit Submission before applying any changes to the CPD period.
Change CPD log
From the learner homepage, click View CPD on the Your enrolled programmes belt.
Click More Actions, then select View CPD Log.
Click Year, then use the drop-down menu to select the relevant CPD period.
Search for the relevant record to make changes to as needed.
Click the trash icon to remove a CPD entry from the log.
Click the pencil Icon to amend a CPD entry.
Amend CPD contribution on behalf of a user
ā ļø Important: The below guidance only applies to Administrators on LMS² sites.
Administrators on LMS² sites can amend CPD contributions to another user's CPD log via the users profile.
To do this, follow the below steps.
Click Workforce, then click People.
Select relevant organisation name, then click the Users tab.
Search for and select the relevant user.
Click the CPD Log tab.
Click Year, then use the drop-down menu to select the relevant CPD period.
Search for the relevant record to make changes to as needed.
Click the trash icon to remove a CPD entry from the log.
Click the pencil icon to amend a CPD entry.
