Guidance on finding courses, modules or events in your organisation's library

There are a variety of ways to find the training content available in your organisation's library.​

Learner homepage

The learner homepage is comprised of various belts, allowing quick access to current tasks, mandatory training, events and further features.​


My Learning

View outstanding and completed training in My Learning.

To access My Learning, follow the below steps.

  1. From the learner homepage, click your initials on the navigation bar.

  2. Click Portrait then select the Learning tab.

My Learning is comprised of various tabs, detailed in the table below.

Tab name

Function

Learning

Shows any outstanding training assigned to profile, including due date.

Click relevant content title to launch.

For Later

Shows any content saved to complete later.

Insights

A monthly overview of learning engagement, comparing it to other learners in the organisation.

Highlights most interacted with content types and most explored categories for the month.

Achievements

Shows completed training, including the date it was completed.

Use the filters to sort these as you require.


Finder

Use Finder to browse or search for training content and events. To open Finder, follow the below step.

  • From the learner homepage, click Finder in the navigation bar.​

With Finder open, search for content in a variety of ways, detailed in the below table.

Library

Browse your organisation training library by clicking on relevant categories to explore related content.

Click the bookmark icon to save the content for later.

Events

Click Events to open the library of upcoming events for your organisation.

Click the arrows to view more upcoming events sorted by month.

Resources

Click Resources to view resources made available to you by your organisation.

Search

Click the magnifying glass icon to search for specific content.
