A content plan is how you purchase access to learning content through Learning Hub, tailored to your organisation's training needs. Plans give you access to the specific content you need at a scale that makes sense for your teams. There are three plan types to choose from: Pick & Mix, Single Courses, and Bundles. Understanding the difference helps you select the right one before you go through the quote and contract process.
The three plan types
Each plan type suits a different approach to building a content library. Before you request a quote, it's worth spending some time browsing Learning Hub to get a clear sense of the content available and what your organisation actually needs.
Pick & Mix
Pick & Mix is for organisations that want flexibility. Rather than selecting a defined list of courses upfront, you choose a number of course slots and fill them from across the full Learning Hub catalogue, building a library that reflects your organisation's specific needs. Pick & Mix is available in three sizes: Pick & Mix 25, Pick & Mix 50, and Pick & Mix Unlimited. The number refers to how many courses you can include in your library. Pick & Mix Unlimited removes that cap entirely, giving you access to as much of the catalogue as you need. This plan type suits organisations with diverse training needs across multiple teams or topics.
Single Courses
Single Courses is best suited to organisations or teams with a specific, focused need: a defined set of topics to cover rather than a broader rolling library. Rather than buying a set of slots to fill over time, you choose exactly the courses you need and purchase those. This keeps things straightforward if your requirements are well defined and unlikely to change significantly, and means you're only paying for what you'll actually use.
Bundles
A bundle is a pre-curated collection of content built around a specific training goal, put together by our content team so you don't have to piece it together course by course. Bundles are a good fit if you have a clear training objective, such as compliance training for a particular industry or role, and you want a complete, ready-to-use solution rather than selecting and assembling content individually.

Existing content customers
If your organisation already has a content plan with Access, you'll also see your existing learning catalogue on the Find a Plan page alongside any new plans available to you. This gives you a clear view of what you already have access to before you decide whether to add more, so you can avoid duplicating content you've already bought.
