Through realistic case studies and workplace scenarios, you'll learn to identify a wide range of behaviours that constitute sexual harassment, understand who it can affect, and know exactly what steps to take if you experience or witness it. You'll also understand your legal protections, so you can report with confidence, free from fear of detriment or dismissal.

Moving & Handling
Following a detailed expert review, the content has been updated and expanded to include updated legislation, reasonable adjustments, safeguarding, closed cultures, and controversial handling techniques. Through realistic scenarios, you'll explore everything from safe body mechanics and ergonomic techniques to person-centred approaches that preserve dignity and promote independence. Cleaning
This course has been updated following SME review to reflect best practice in cleaning procedures. Released 4 May
eCompetency - Fire
In the Reception, the fire extinguisher hazard was clearly blocked by a plant. The callout image showed the plant is less obscuring, and showed a very out-of-date expiry. The questions that followed were expecting the learner to pick the expiry date as the issue. However, the plant is the initial problem identified. The callout image now shows the plant is obscuring the fire extinguisher and the expiry is obscured by the plant. The questions that follow have been updated as a result.
Released 4 May
Hoarding and Clutter
A check-your-knowledge question within the eLearning content had poor instructions: "select one" has been updated to "select all that apply".
Released 12 May
Hate Crime
Course content has been updated to reflect recent legislative changes, which strengthen sentencing for hate crimes targeting disability, sexual orientation, and gender identity, bringing these in line with racially and religiously aggravated offences.
Released 12 May
