The All Learners page in Learning Hub lists all the learners in your organisation and you can search, filter and access individual learner profiles.
📌 Note: By default, you will only see active users. Use the status filter to view a deactivated user.
The learner profile is where you can view enrolled courses, progress and achievements. The Achievements area includes all completed courses and their completion score.
To access a list of learners and view a learner's profile, follow the steps below.
From the smart menu, select Learners, then click All Learners.
Search for and select the relevant learner's card.
Here you can review the learner's currently enrolled courses and their progress for each.
🤓 Tip: Learning Hub imports learners from the Members tab in Access Evo. The department tag assigned to each member in the Members tab determines their department.
