What’s coming?
We are currently updating some policies in our Policies and Precedents for Law Firms library in line with the Data Use and Access Act 2025. Further updates addressing these regulatory changes will be released in early 2026.
Additionally, our 2026 CQS Update courses are currently in production and anticipated to be available in February 2026. These courses will ensure conveyancing practitioners maintain compliance with the latest CQS protocol requirements.
